Loggr accounts are free to sign up, which allows you to view other member's event logs for free. You are only charged when you upgrade from the Forever Free plan.
Pricing is per event log and is based on the number of events logged per day and the number of months of history you want us to maintain.
Multiple logs can be created under each account. You can adjust your plans at any time.

How does the free trial work?
All paid accounts are free for the first 30 days. A valid credit card is required on signup. Your card will not be charged if you cancel your account any time in the first 30 days. After this period you'll be charged monthly for the upcoming month.
Can I get a refund or cancel my account?
There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, our service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Please see our Terms of Service
What's the Forever Free plan?
Forever Free plans are free-forever with limited rates and log retention. It should be enough to get your app up and logging, then when you know what type of paid plan you're going to need you can easily upgrade.
Can I track more events per day than what is listed above?
Yes, we offer higher rates than what are shown above. If you need more than 10,000 events per day, please contact us through Customer Support for pricing.
What are events and live users
Events are individual messages that are posted and recorded for your application. Our pricing is based on how many events are recorded each day. Loggr will ignore events over your daily rate limit and post an error event to your log to notify you. Live users are users of your application that are monitored in realtime. Based on the pricing plan you choose we monitor the last XX users of your app.
Can I retain my history for longer than 1 month?
One of the great things about Loggr is the ability to view your events historically. Once signed up you can easily increase the retainage period for your logs (price increases with longer retention periods).
