Frequently Asked Questions
What's the Forever Free plan?
Forever Free plans are free-forever with limited rates and log retention. It should be enough to get your app up and logging. Then, when you know what capacity you're going to need, you can easily upgrade.
How do the paid plans work?
Paid plans are purchased on a per-log basis. You can maintain a different plan for each log you own. Optionally upgrade to a paid plan when you've reached the limits of the Forever Free plan for a specific log. You will be notified when you've hit your daily limit. A valid credit card is required when upgrading and it will be charged immediately. We will then charge you on a monthly basis for the following month. You can downgrade your log to a Forever Free plan whenever you want.
Can I get a refund or cancel my account?
There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, our service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Please see our Terms of Service
Can I track more events per day than what is listed above?
Yes, we offer higher rates than what are shown above. If you need more than 20,000 events per day, please contact us through Customer Support for pricing.
What are events and live users
An event is something important a person does on your website or app that gets posted and recorded in your log. Our pricing is based on how many events are recorded each day. Loggr will ignore events over your daily rate limit and post an error event to your log to notify you. Live users are users of your application that are monitored in realtime. Based on the pricing plan you choose we monitor the last XX users of your app.
Can I retain my history for longer than 1 month?
One of the great things about Loggr is the ability to view your events historically. Once signed up you can easily increase the retention period for your logs (price increases with longer retention periods).
